What information is required to produce a high-frequency circuit board?


1. Provide PCB drawings (commonly used viewing software for high-frequency circuit boards: CAD, Protel99se, PADS, DXP, CAM350) (It is preferable to provide Gerber drawings, which correspond to the drawings exported using Genesis 2000 software for production files, to prevent changes during the conversion process)

2. Provide process requirements for high-frequency circuit boards:

. Material (Rogers/Taconic/Arlon/Isola/F4b/PTFE/TP-2/FR-4) Dielectric Constant: ranging from 2.2 to 10.6

. For high-frequency circuit boards with thickness ranging from 0.1 to 12.0mm, multilayer boards (with more than 2 metal layers) require a laminated structure diagram, including the thickness of the core board and the type of pp (polypropylene)

. Copper foil thickness (0.5oz-12oz)

. Solder mask colors (green, black, red, white, blue, yellow)

. Character color (white, yellow, black)

. Surface treatment: silver immersion, electroplated nickel-gold, gold immersion, tin immersion, OSP (oxidation resistance), hard gold plating, electroplated water gold, gold immersion + OSP, gold immersion + electro-thick gold, chemical nickel-palladium gold

3. Is it tax-inclusive? If it is, should a 13% VAT invoice be issued or a 6% ordinary invoice

4. Payment methods (corporate bank account, personal bank account, WeChat payment, Alipay payment)

6. Special requirements:

For items such as step boards, blind slot boards, special copper thickness boards, buried resistor boards, extra-long boards, and extra-thick boards, please clearly indicate the required information and send them to our company for review

7. Data review and bidding process

. Standard board: The quotation personnel provide the price, which is then passed on to the sales personnel, who in turn send it to the customer.

. Non-standard boards: The quotation personnel review the information, list any non-compliant items, and send them to the process department for review. After the process department's review, the quotation personnel will provide a quotation, and finally, the business personnel will quote to the customer.

8. Order processing flow after placing an order

Submit order -- CAM engineering produces production drawings (if there are any issues with the drawings, they will be sent back to EQ for confirmation) -- QA reviews and audits (if there are any questions, they will be sent back to EQ for confirmation again) -- after the review is correct, plan the audit (confirm the material feeding quantity) -- produce the production process sheet -- cut the material -- start making the order (the process varies according to different orders) -- after production is completed, vacuum package -- ship by express delivery.
