Four characteristics of multi-layer high-frequency PCB circuit board material
Many of today's communication facilities enable high-frequency printed multi-layer PCB circuit boards. The materials of multi-layer high-frequency circuit boards have good electrical functions and good chemical stability. There are four main points:
1. It has the special property that the signal transmission loss is small, the transmission delay is short, and the signal transmission distortion is small.
2. Excellent dielectric properties (mainly: low relative dielectric constant Dk, low media damage factor Df). Moreover, this dielectric special property (Dk, Df) maintains its stability under the background variations of frequency, humidity and temperature.
3. High-precision tanning with special properties of impedance (Zo).
4. Excellent heat resistance (Tg), processability and suitability.
Based on the above special characteristics, high frequency boards are widely used in wireless receiving antennas, base station antennas, power amplifiers, components (shunts, combiners, showers), radar systems, navigation systems and other communication facilities.
