Industrial-grade high-density flexible and Rigid pcb board
Rigid-flex boards with high-density wiring design with fine lines and micro-hole structures have not been used in aerospace products because they are considered to be insufficiently reliable under harsh environmental conditions. Only traditional soldering can be used on this kind of PCB. Means to install terminal components.
However, it has begun to use both high-density design and high-reliability rigid-flex boards in industrial and medical products. As a result, new design concepts and terminal product installation methods have also emerged.
In this kind of high-density rigid-flex board, the line spacing is generally less than 100um, and the aperture is less than 100um. Use 25um thick or even thinner non-adhesive thin copper polyimide copper clad laminate, and the copper thickness is mostly 18um or less.
