1. CCL Introduction
The main material of the printed circuit board (PCB) is a copper clad laminate, and the copper clad laminate (copper clad) is composed of a substrate, a copper foil and an adhesive. The substrate is an insulating layer composed of a polymer synthetic resin and a reinforcing material; the surface of the substrate is covered with a layer of pure copper foil having high conductivity and good solderability, and the thickness is usually 35 to 50/ma; the copper foil is covered on the substrate. The copper clad laminate on one side is called a single-sided copper clad laminate, and the copper clad laminate on which both sides of the substrate are covered with copper foil is called a double-sided clad copper clad plate; whether the copper foil can be firmly covered on the substrate is completed by an adhesive. 2. The structure and characteristics of commonly used copper clad laminates in China
(1) Copper-clad phenolic paper laminate
It is a laminate made of insulating impregnated paper (TFz-62) or cotton fiber impregnated paper (1TZ-63) by hot pressing with phenolic resin. The two surface adhesive paper can be attached with a single alkali-free glass dipped cloth. One side is coated with copper foil. Mainly used as a printed circuit board in radio equipment. (2) Copper-clad phenolic glass cloth laminate
It is a laminate obtained by hot-pressing an epoxy-free phenolic resin with an alkali-free glass cloth. The copper foil is coated on one or both sides, which has the advantages of light weight, good electrical and mechanical properties, and convenient processing. The surface of the board is light yellow. If dicyandiamide is used as a curing agent, the surface of the board is light green and has good transparency. (3) Copper-clad laminate PTFE laminate
The utility model relates to a copper-clad board which is formed by pressing a polytetrafluoroethylene plate as a substrate and applying a copper foil by hot pressing. It is mainly used for printed boards in high frequency and ultra high frequency lines.
(4) Copper-clad epoxy glass cloth laminate

(5) Soft polyester copper film
It is a strip of material that is hot pressed with a polyester film and copper. It is crimped into a spiral shape in the application and placed inside the device. In order to reinforce or protect from moisture, it is often impregnated with epoxy resin into a whole. Mainly used as a flexible printed circuit and printed cable, can be used as a transition line for connectors.
