The minimum PCB line width and line spacing are controlled at 3.5/3.5mil, and the vias are selected at 8mil (0.2mm), Some circuit board factories are not satisfied with production, and the price will be more expensive. The minimum line width and line spacing should be controlled to 2/2mil, and the through hole should be selected to be 4mil (0.1mm, which is usually HDI blind buried hole design and requires laser through hole drilling). This belongs to high-precision circuit boards, and most circuit board factories cannot produce them anymore, and the price is also more expensive.
