What documents are generally required for PCB proofing? And what problems should be paid attention to in the documents provided?

1. First, file format: PCB format or GERBER file is required. As for Gerber files (we only accept the RS-274-X format temporarily), the layers of the double-sided board are as follows:

2. Process information: generally, there are specific requirements for the number of board layers, material, pad plating process, ink color, etc., and the following is a detailed description of some of the main parameters.

Plate: It is better to consult in advance if you want to explain what kind of PCB materials are needed. At present, FR4 is most commonly used (Jialichuang is temporarily used for this purpose), and the main material is epoxy resin peeling fiber cloth board.

Board layer: the number of layers of PCB. (The price of PCB varies with the number of fabrication layers)

Resistance welding color: there are many colors, green, black, white, blue, red and yellow. (We all support the above) It is worth saying that in consideration of efficiency and cost, Jialichuang regards green as a conventional color; The black special case color is not recommended. If the surface is black and the circuit is also black, it is difficult to find problems. It is not recommended.

Silk screen color: the font and border color of silk screen on PCB are generally matched with the solder mask color.

Copper thickness: Generally, the copper thickness is calculated scientifically according to the current of PCB circuit. Generally, the thicker the copper is, the better, but the cost will be higher, so a reasonable balance is required (we support 1oz and 2oz).

Solder resistance covering: Solder resistance eyelet covering oil is used to insulate the eyelet, and opening a window through the eyelet is used to make the eyelet uninsulated.

Surface spraying process: tin spraying and gold deposition.
