4. Difficulties in production:

4.1 Soft board part:

The hard board PCB production equipment makes soft boards. Because the soft board materials are soft and thin, all horizontal lines of the soft board need to be taken by the traction board to avoid scrapping of the card board.

Press the PI cover film. Pay attention to the local PI coating film, note the fast pressure parameters. The pressure should be up to 2.45MPa during fast pressing, and should be leveled and compacted during fast pressing, and there should be no problems such as bubbles and voids.

4.2 Hard board part:

The windows of the hardboard Core and PP. The hard board adopts deep milling to open the window, and the PP should use NO-FLOW PP, which can prevent excessive glue overflow.

Soft and hard board pressing and shrinking control. Due to the poor stability of the expansion and contraction of the flexible board material, the production of the flexible board and the laminated PI cover film should be completed first, and the hard board part should be produced according to its expansion and contraction coefficient.
